8,5 млн рублей на преображение «Родника»: в марте определят, кто благоустроит 6000 кв.м у часовни Параскевы Пятницы

A tender has been announced for the initial phase of landscaping work in the "Rodnik" area of the Ivanovo region.

The contract"s starting price is set at 8,588,410.77 rubles, according to information from the Unified Information System "Zakupki". The deadline for submitting applications is 4 March this year, and the tender winner will be announced on 10 March. Об этом сообщает "Ивановские новости".

The contractor is tasked with improving the area surrounding the Paraskeva Pyatnitsa chapel in the town of Rodniki. The total extent of this plot measures 6020 square meters. It includes a church pond covering 4230 square meters, along with the structures of the chapel, a font, a small bridge, and a retaining wall, which together occupy 25.5 square meters.

The project plan includes the installation of pedestrian pathways made from concrete slabs, totaling 705 square meters. Additionally, asphalt concrete paving will be restored on 40 square meters of the roadway.

Specific tasks involve installing a grated pressed flooring for a piled platform near the font, and constructing a similar type of flooring for a pedestrian path.

The plan also details landscaping for an area of 909 square meters, which represents 15% of the entire territory designated for improvement.

Этот проект, реализуемый в рамках региональной программы "Местные инициативы", нацелен на создание комфортного общественного пространства для отдыха, детских игр и занятий спортом. На первом этапе была выполнена планировка участка и убраны аварийные деревья.
